FAQ

Everything you need to decide

How much does MyEO China Experience 2026 cost?

The investment is USD 4,890 per participant. It covers the full six-day program: corporate visits, executive briefings, roundtables, ground and inter-city transfers, selected group meals, bilingual hosts, accommodation and the welcome kit. Flights, visa and insurance are not included.

How many days does the program last?

The program runs six days, from Sunday November 1 to Friday November 6, 2026. Arrivals are scheduled for Saturday October 31 so participants can check in and acclimate before the intensive agenda starts on day one in Shanghai.

What does the price include?

It includes every corporate and factory visit, executive briefings and Q&A sessions, the investor roundtable, transfers between activities and cities, the welcome dinner, opening breakfast and closing dinner, bilingual hosts on the ground, and the welcome kit with full program documentation.

Which cities does the delegation visit?

Three: Shanghai, home to global headquarters and unicorns; Shenzhen, China's hardware and manufacturing capital; and Hong Kong, the bridge between mainland innovation and global capital markets. Inter-city transfers, including high-speed rail, are part of the program.

Who can join the immersion?

The experience is exclusive to members of Entrepreneurs' Organization: CEOs, founders and senior executives leading companies that want a first-hand read on China's innovation ecosystem. The delegation is intentionally small so every visit stays conversational.

Which companies will we visit?

The agenda includes leaders such as Alibaba Group, Tencent, Ant Group, SenseTime, Xiaomi, BYD, DJI and Lenovo, plus applied robotics labs, smart factories and a closed-door roundtable with Asia-Pacific investment funds. Visits are confirmed progressively before departure.

What language is the program in?

Sessions run in English with Spanish and Portuguese support from bilingual hosts throughout the week. Corporate briefings delivered in Mandarin are interpreted live, so language is never a barrier to participating in Q&A or side conversations.

Do I need a visa to travel to China?

Most passports require a tourist or business visa for mainland China, and Hong Kong has separate entry rules. Visa fees are not included in the investment, but our team sends documentation and an invitation letter to support your application after your spot is confirmed.

Is accommodation included?

Yes. Accommodation is included: selected hotels in the program cities, in a double room with breakfast included, so the whole delegation stays together.

How do I apply for a spot?

Complete the application form on this page or download the brochure. Our team reviews each application, confirms availability and follows up by email with payment details and the pre-departure checklist. Spots are limited and assigned in order of confirmation.
